Optima Medical Center is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business strategies.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in developing predictive models and algorithms to enhance decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable format.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
