Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Customer Insights.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including dashboard creation and data environment management.
- Proven ability to perform ad hoc data analysis and enablement across varied data sources.
- Experience in customer intelligence, ad tech, or customer data platforms.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback, sentiment, and marketing data to uncover insights and inform product strategy.
- Build and maintain dashboards and BI infrastructure using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop a unified data repository to support ongoing reporting and workflow automation.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis across diverse datasets to support evolving product needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify unmet customer needs and shape product development.
