Cella, a Randstad digital company, is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to design, document, and manage target audiences aligned with business objectives for channel marketing initiatives, leveraging marketing data effectively to ensure precise audience sizing and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in working with structured databases and fluency in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, particularly SimonAI or Twilio Segment
  • Strong knowledge of integrating multiple data sources, designing targeted campaigns, and familiarity with marketing platforms like Salesforce (including Marketing Cloud), Adobe, and Google
  • Experience with audience or campaign management, database marketing, customer segmentation, data mapping, or customer data platform implementation
  • Ability to transition seamlessly from planning to execution
  • Familiarity with marketing data platforms and emerging technologies related to audience management
  • Experience working with data and analytics teams, as well as technology teams, to launch innovative marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and business partners to understand audience requirements and develop tailored solutions based on data capabilities.
  • Design, document, and manage audience strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives and data best practices.
  • Build both single-use and scalable, reusable audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency through robust quality control checks.
  • Utilize Customer Data Platforms to deliver audiences on time, coordinating closely with channel and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to identify data sources, connect datasets, and optimize audience segmentation processes.
  • Implement metadata management strategies and oversee audience management across owned channels.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing colleagues, leveraging insights from data analysis.

Other

  • BA/BS degree, with an MBA preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in areas such as audience or campaign management, database marketing, customer segmentation, data mapping, or customer data platform implementation
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
