Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Programming skills in Python, with experience using data analysis libraries like pandas.
- Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of FHIR standards.
- Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex patient data to gain insights into treatment efficacy, patient journeys, and outcomes for polychronic cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards for stakeholders across clinical, operational, product, and engineering teams.
- Evaluate clinical operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Assess engineering team performance and processes, recommending improvements for technology delivery.
- Design, implement, and manage data warehousing solutions for large-scale data analysis.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and accessibility.
- Use Python and relevant libraries for data manipulation, analysis, automation, and reporting.
