Spectrum is looking to optimize operational decision-making, resource allocation, and overall business performance by leveraging data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL
- solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- familiarity with statistical analysis
- familiarity with regression models
- familiarity with Python for data analysis
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making across departments.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Document data definitions, business rules, and quality standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports and datasets.
- Perform data quality audits and analysis to ensure the integrity and reliability of reporting outputs.
- Identify opportunities for data quality improvements and implement solutions to enhance data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the development of predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends and support strategic planning.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline is required, or equivalent professional experience.
- Candidates should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A hybrid work schedule requiring four in-office days per week is expected
