Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and Snowflake
- Experience working with GraphQL, APIs, and unstructured data such as transcripts
- Strong understanding of data modeling, pipeline development, and data visualization
- Experience in data engineering or analytics
- Knowledge of data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Familiarity with Hex and data application development
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake and dbt that integrate data from EHR, CRM, and communication systems
- Develop AI and machine learning-driven analyses of therapy transcripts and patient data to generate clinical insights
- Automate backend operations using Python scripts to streamline clinical workflows and billing processes
- Monitor and visualize clinical outcomes such as PHQ‑9, GAD‑7, and other relevant metrics
- Create data applications and dashboards in Hex utilizing SQL and Python to support decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, engineers, and founders to translate data into actionable insights
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations
Other
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- High emotional intelligence and a passion for improving mental health outcomes for older adults
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
