Impiricus is looking to hire a Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across their commercial operations, analyze campaign performance, support client-facing teams with actionable insights, and manage target list development to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization
- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance metrics and identify key insights.
- Create compelling data visualizations and collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams on client-facing presentations.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for ongoing campaign tracking.
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams with data-driven insights for client conversations.
- Support the expansion and growth of business development efforts by providing data-driven insights from internal and external data sources.
- Analyze cross-brand performance and proactively identify trends to inform business decisions.
Other
- 1-2 years of experience in a role with quantitative analysis responsibilities
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Experience in creating and delivering external-facing presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
