The organization needs to transform large and complex healthcare data sets into actionable insights to improve patient care, optimize resource allocation, enhance operational effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making, including customer targeting, disease vulnerability, and fraud detection.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to process large data sets and perform complex analyses without assistance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing predictive models and performing statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis software, database management (SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SAS, SPSS.)
- Coding proficiency in analytical languages (e.g. Python or R) required.
- Experience working with geographic information systems or locationbased data analysis highly preferred.
- Familiarity with public health data sets required, specifically the Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control; managing public health data platforms highly preferred.
- Experience working with or knowledge of harm reduction data, including syringe services programs, overdose prevention efforts or similar initiatives highly preferred.

- Minimum three years of progressive professional experience in data analytics, healthcare data or a related analytical role in a healthcare setting; public health or non-profit organization preferred.
- Advanced training and/or certifications in related technical tools, public health systems or methodologies preferred.
- Must be able to obtain HIV 500/501 certification upon hire.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and adapt messaging for the appropriate audience.
- Ability to function in a complex team environment, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet healthcare needs.
