The Data Analyst will support commercial operations through comprehensive data analysis and reporting to optimize client campaigns and expand market reach.
Requirements
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools (highly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance metrics, identifying key insights and trends
- Create compelling data visualizations and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams on client-facing presentations
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for ongoing campaign tracking and analysis
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams with data-driven insights for client conversations and strategic planning
- Assist in expanding business development efforts through analysis of internal and external data sources
- Analyze cross-brand performance to proactively identify opportunities and inform decision-making
Other
- 1-2 years of experience in a role with quantitative analysis responsibilities
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Experience in creating and delivering external-facing presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
