Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Operations Analyst to join their GPU PMO and Engineering team to enable predictive analytics and operational excellence through the development of their Engineering Data Integration & Analytics Platform.
Requirements
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau (Advanced & AI), Excel.
- Experience with ETL pipelines and data transformation.
- Familiarity with 3rd-party AI tools and agentic systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Tableau AI).
- Passion for GenAI and its application in predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the Engineering Data Integration & Analytics Platform: gather requirements, define metrics, and identify data sources.
- Validate ETL pipelines and build advanced Tableau dashboards for PMO and Engineering.
- Pioneer and evaluate GenAI predictive analytics solutions.
- Explore and apply 3rd-party AI and agentic systems such as Microsoft Copilot custom agents, Tableau AI, and other emerging tools to enhance engineering analytics workflows.
- Analyze program data, budgets, and operational metrics to support decision-making.
