Stellantis is hiring a Digital Analytics Manager to lead cross-tier measurement and analytics across US Brand Tier 1 and Dealer Digital programs. This role covers dealership websites, digital advertising, shopping tools, lead generation and follow-up — ensuring data flows seamlessly across tiers to deliver a unified, insight-driven picture of performance.
Requirements
- Experience working across digital analytics, performance measurement or optimisation
- Strong understanding of tagging, data governance, user behaviour analysis and funnel metrics
- Strong dashboard/reporting skills (e.g. GA, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau etc.)
Responsibilities
- Align Tier 1 and Tier 3 measurement strategies to ensure consistent tagging, tracking and reporting
- Oversee analytics tagging, data governance and KPI alignment across platforms
- Conduct advanced analysis to identify trends, performance drivers and optimisation opportunities
- Monitor data quality, detect anomalies and maintain accurate reporting
- Analyse lead generation and funnel performance to uncover conversion improvements
- Run A/B tests and experience optimisation initiatives across digital journeys
- Build, maintain and refine dashboards and reports for stakeholders

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to drive unified performance analysis
- Manage agency resources, set priorities and ensure analytics initiatives are delivered on time
- Ability to turn complex data into storytelling that influences decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
