New Realm Brewery is seeking a Data Analyst to transform numbers into actionable insights that will inform strategy, optimize operations, and support their teams across production, sales, and hospitality as they expand.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, POS systems, brewery management software, distributor reports, and financial records).
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across brewing, packaging, sales, marketing, finance, and restaurant operations.
  • Provide insights on sales trends, production efficiency, and inventory management to support decision-making.
  • Forecast demand and model production needs based on seasonal trends and historical sales data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and best practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, concise reports and visualizations.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership and department managers.

  • Partner with operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role; experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for craft beer and an interest in brewery operations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
  • Ability to work in a production environment with heat, cold, humidity, and noise exposure.
