Planet Technologies is looking for a junior-level Data Analyst to support impactful projects for the public sector, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into actionable plans.
Requirements
- Experience with JIRA Ticket requests, Gateway and CloudSec
- Knowledge of Cloud Roundtables, Virtual Academy training
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Previous experience in project planning, design and implementation of deliverables that have resulted in successful project delivery
Responsibilities
- Monitors and updates customer created JIRA ticket requests (Gateway, CloudSec, Close account requests etc.).
- Possess a strong background in Microsoft suite of tools contributing to the design and implementation of deliverables
- Participates in project planning, after action reporting and testing to provide successful project delivery
- Communicates and engage with external stakeholders by facilitating meetings and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
- Translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Conduct analysis on gathered data for solution implementation.
Other
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience recommended. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
- Ability to work on site in DC five days a week
- Ability to hold and maintain a Top Secret clearance
- Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may require up to a 10-year background investigation - US Citizenship (clearable) is required.
