Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce reporting, data extraction, and object structures.
- Strong experience using Tableau (Visualizations, Prep, Server/Cloud preferred).
- Solid understanding of SQL or other query languages.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate findings in a clear, compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for various business units.
- Translate business needs into data models, metrics, and visualizations that support leadership decision-making.
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Support ad-hoc reporting, data requests, and ongoing development of analytics processes.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Ability to communicate findings in a clear, compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Participation in E-Verify to confirm work authorization.
