Requirements
- Strong experience in data analysis, preferably in BFSI or insurance domains.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, AWS S3, and data lake architecture.
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend ) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
- Experience in data profiling, reconciliation, and validation techniques.
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI
- Understanding of data governance, security, and Regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Analyze and profile source data from Upstream systems
- Collaborate with data engineers to define data mapping, transformation logic, and validation rules.
- Support ETL/ELT pipeline testing, data reconciliation, and defect triaging during migration waves.
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
- Perform root cause analysis for data issues and support resolution in coordination with DataOps and platform teams.
- Document data lineage, business rules, and metadata for migrated datasets.
- Monitor data loads, identify anomalies, and escalate issues as per SOPs.

- Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, SOPs, and FAQs for repeat incidents and support scenarios.
- Participate in UAT cycles and support business users with data validation and sign-off.
