Requirements
- Highly proficient in SAS, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
- Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet functionalities, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of claims repair and estimate data to identify trends and insights
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
- Handle ad hoc data requests from various stakeholders to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve claims processes
- Influence senior leadership by presenting actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop initiatives aligned with the company's strategic plan to enhance efficiency and innovation
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytical activities
Other
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment
