LifeBridge Health is looking to strengthen donor engagement and overall fundraising efforts by managing reporting functions, ensuring data integrity, and providing strategic data insights
Requirements
- Raiser's Edge experience or similar fundraising CRM and/or email marketing software systems experience
Responsibilities
- Manages end of month tasks and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reports to the Finance team
- Develops and produces high level reports such as board reports, annual survey reports, and major gift metrics
- Develops and maintains dashboards to track fundraising progress, campaign performance, donor retention and pipeline activity
- Analyzes donor giving trends and behaviors to identify opportunities for increased engagement and growth
- Prepares lists and segmentations for solicitations, stewardship mailings and event invitations
- Conducts periodic review of code tables and coordinates coding adjustments across LBH entities
Other
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience working in a nonprofit and/or hospital setting
- Must be local to attend a monthly meeting and two local fundraising events
