Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Familiarity with statistics and statistical analysis preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to visually portray data effectively
- Experience with data analysis or customer resource management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in statistical analysis, database management, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Support the development of data collection, analysis, and reporting methods for assigned areas
- Analyze and interpret data using appropriate statistical techniques
- Assist in creating presentations and reports based on data findings, including collating, modeling, and interpreting data
- Gather data requirements, identify technical issues, and design ad-hoc reports to meet analysis needs
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into system and function specifications
- Track and compile comprehensive business metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
- Design reports and dashboards to meet organizational data analysis needs
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in statistical analysis, database management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with data analysis or customer resource management systems
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a scheduled weekly commitment of 40 hours
