Talkspace is seeking a Data Analyst to help solve the problem of increasing access to quality mental healthcare by supporting the development of Sentia’s agentic behavioral health platform through data-driven insights and strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, python, and Excel / Google Sheets
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel
- Comfortable with statistics and data manipulation
- Experience with leveraging GenAI tools is a plus
- Healthcare data experience (patient outcomes, capacity planning, etc.) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine data visualizations that clearly communicate outcomes, network performance, and user engagement trends to stakeholders.
- Create automated quality reports and network performance dashboards using Looker and other tools.
- Conduct thorough quantitative analyses to support business strategies.
- Utilize SQL and Python to manage business and provider data effectively.
- Collaborate with business, finance, marketing and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights supporting product development and provider network operations.
- Build, and maintain robust, documented, and scalable data models (e.g., using dbt) within the data warehouse to support downstream reporting and analytical needs.
- Analyze agentic platform performance metrics including model accuracy, latency, conversation depth, and user adherence to behavioral protocols.

- BA/BS in a quantitative field like statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience
