The Finance team at the bank is looking to transform how they leverage data, technology, and automation to set the standard for technology-driven excellence across the bank.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools/software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with Axiom or other database reporting tools preferred
- Proven experience in data analytics and process automation, preferably in the banking industry
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline finance processes and reduce manual effort.
- Identify and execute opportunities for efficiency gains through technology and AI-driven tools.
- Build and maintain advanced financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Tableau and other BI tools.
- Develop predictive models and trend analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee data pipelines, including imports/exports, scheduled jobs, and data table maintenance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
- Support the rollout and integration of new tools (e.g., Slack, Tableau, AI solutions) within Finance.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or other related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
