Labcorp is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across Oracle Fusion Cloud and legacy systems, supporting seamless financial operations and informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP systems
- Basic understanding of financial structures, including COA
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with data mapping and reconciliation between systems
- Exposure to data governance frameworks
- Knowledge of legacy ERP systems (Hyperion HFM, Peoplesoft)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support updates and maintenance of COA structures in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Assist in validating COA changes against financial reporting requirements.
- Participate in testing and validation of COA updates during system upgrades and patch deployments.
- Process and validate customer data updates in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer records, hierarchies, and attributes.
- Maintain master data in legacy ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate mapping between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in data management, preferably in an ERP environment (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, or similar enterprise systems)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Hybrid work schedule with three in-office workdays at Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week
