The Consumer Technology organization needs a Data Analyst to turn raw data into decisions, helping leaders see what’s working and what’s next, and to guide strategy, forecast outcomes, and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, and LTV
  • Proven experience developing projected LTV models to guide marketing investment
  • Solid SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze the B2B marketing funnel to identify performance trends and dropout points
  • Develop multi-touch attribution models to assess the impact of various marketing channels
  • Understand the technical setup behind paid advertising and its role as an acquisition channel
  • Build and maintain projected LTV models to forecast revenue potential from customer segments
  • Create dashboards using tools like Sigma and Clarisights for performance tracking
  • Support budget allocation and pipeline forecasting through historical data analysis
  • Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations for marketing and sales leaders

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
