Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Big Data/NoSQL platforms and delivering large-scale production projects.
- Expert-level skills in SQL across enterprise data environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI ecosystem, including Power BI Report Builder, semantic model development, and DAX.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (dataflows, lakehouses, pipelines, DirectLake).
- Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics, model development, and automation.
- Ability to design and implement analytical models that influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of Agile or product-oriented analytics team environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage in comprehensive data exploration using various programming languages, requiring advanced knowledge of multiple database structures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and develop business-aligned recommendations.
- Research and analyze data flows across complex operational and analytical data ecosystems, including data platforms and pipelines.
- Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver effective data-driven solutions.
- Produce and review technical documentation consistent with professional standards to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
- Lead the design, development, validation, and delivery of data solutions that provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Utilize advanced analytics and modeling techniques to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Other
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in analytical or quantitative roles.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and leadership roles.
- At least 6 years of demonstrated leadership in complex analytics initiatives.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading analytics projects or teams.
