Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and system updates.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
