Responsibilities
- Identify data relevant to a process or outcome, ensure it is being gathered accurately and consistently, analyze it, and recommend changes in processes to improve efficiency, quality, accuracy, or effectiveness.
- Implement those changes, monitor the results, and draw conclusions regarding the success of the redesign on an evolutionary basis.
- Directly observe and evaluate processes and assess opportunities for improvement.
- Create ad hoc and regularly-produced reports for top management.
- Gather and analyze data from outside the company and evaluate its meaning for our processes and objectives.
- Discern which industry-standard practices are flawed or fruitful.
- Rapidly gain a high level of technical and professional knowledge in our field.
