Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong skills in managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python
- Ability to develop, interpret, optimize, and enhance SQL queries
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in PowerBI and other visualization tools
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver timely results
- Experience with data analysis or related fields
Responsibilities
- Support Long Term Care Claims Operations leadership by providing data, reports, and analytical insights
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals, gather requirements, and develop relevant queries and dashboards
- Design, create, and automate dashboards in PowerBI to track key metrics and support decision-making processes
- Build and maintain reports using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders efficiently
- Participate in strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or related discipline
- 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or related fields
- Effective communication skills to present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior management to provide context and influence organizational strategies
