The Army National Guard (ARNG) Human Resources Recruiting (HRR) leadership needs critical analytical strength data and reporting support to monitor, analyze, and report on recruiting, retention, and accession data across all 54 States and Territories.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting)
- Proficiency with SharePoint and MS Teams for knowledge management and instruction
- Experience with military recruiting operations or knowledge of the National Guard Bureau (NGB)
- Technical Access: Ability to gain and maintain necessary security clearances and access to required databases and network systems
- Director's Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO)
- Automated Unit Vacancy Software (AUVS)
- The Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) Funding Allocation Model (AFAM)
Responsibilities
- Produce HRR Daily Recruiting Update (Enlisted/AC2RC/Quality %) for XO
- Report State/Territory enlisted enlistments to Division Chief
- Maintain rolling Daily Recruiting report for all 54 States/Territories
- Create SMAG Consolidated Report (Accession/Retention by state/territory)
- Generate Weekly Recruiting Summary (Total Losses/Gains)
- Prepare Deputy Directors Recruiting Summary (national roll-up/training seat utilization)
- Integrate data/reporting from new systems (e.g., IPPS-A, AIE) as required
Other
- Must have an active SECRET clearance
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or program support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of high visibility, rolling data reports presented to senior leadership
- Works under supervision to provide project solutions to achieve program objectives
