The Ambulatory Clinical Operations (ACO) Data Analyst reports to the Business Manager and is responsible for independently delivering high-quality data products and insights to support ACO’s operational and strategic goals.

- Tableau certification within the first 6 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Identify data sources and develop technical data design requirements.
- Create wireframes and develop visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools.
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide training and materials on Tableau, Excel, and data analysis best practices.

- Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
