Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience in data administration, repository management, and data warehousing standards.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HEDIS, PHM, and Health Quality measures.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting HEDIS or similar healthcare data.
- Familiarity with security software, domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating technical issues.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex databases while ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance.
- Develop dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and analytics to support healthcare initiatives and decision-making.
- Review and validate data requirements, documentation, and standards to meet client expectations.
- Apply data modeling techniques to optimize database structures for efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and update data procedures to reflect evolving market and client needs.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring database performance and accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and capabilities.

- 4+ years of experience in programming or data analysis.
