Constellation is looking to enable data-driven decision-making by leveraging AI and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns, make predictions, and provide actionable insights. The Data Analyst will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages for data analysis (Python, R, Java, Julia, etc.)
- Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with basic statistics and data validation techniques
- Experience in data preparation, cleaning, and visualization
- Familiarity with data exploration / data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. and workstation applications
Responsibilities
- Support data preparation efforts for AI/ML models by sourcing, cleaning, and profiling structured and unstructured data.
- Develop features for machine learning models and anomaly detection algorithms to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, gaps, and anomalies in sales-related data.
- Validate and test model outputs against expected results or historical data.
- Design & develop appropriate mechanisms for tracking & performance management (e.g., Power BI dashboards, reports)
- Document queries, data dictionaries, and analysis results in Confluence or internal tools.
- Analyze complex datasets using AI techniques to uncover insights that inform sales strategies and business decisions.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning
- Communications skills - Able to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terminology (written and verbal)
- Understanding of basic machine learning workflows (feature engineering, model evaluation)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM application
