The Ambulatory Clinical Operations (ACO) Data Analyst is responsible for independently delivering high-quality data products and insights to support the department's operational and strategic goals at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Requirements
- Requires superior computer skills, i.e. MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and data mining techniques.
- Programming abilities and/or statistical software skills strongly desired.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Access required.
- Competent with the rest of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Familiarity with databases (eg. SQL) using a variety of applications (Excel, MS Access, Microstrategy)
- Statistical skills (STATA and/or SAS) strongly desirable
- Programming knowledge desirable
Responsibilities
- Assist preparing detailed analysis to support cost and cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Handle complex, iterative and multi-part analyses and prepare summaries of important points
- Assist in the development, implementation, and operation of systems and processes to support the activities and goals of the Department.
