This role will support this mission by providing data analysis, reporting, and insights to inform continuous improvement and monitor student learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience with institutional data, FERPA and data privacy, SQL, Power BI, and programming languages
- Experience with Python and R
Responsibilities
- Extract and prepare data, create interactive reports and dashboards, automate data processes, and work with stakeholders to provide meaningful insights.
- Collect and analyze data to inform continuous improvement and monitor the achievement of student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with departmental leadership to further analyze the data.
- Streamline data workflows, enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities, and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve data access, usability, and insights.
- Support the design and implementation of institutional assessment, identify key performance indicators and measurement tools, and analyze assessment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Educational Research, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in higher education is preferred
