Turner & Townsend is looking to solve the business problem of delivering consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organizations across multiple sectors, with a focus on data analytics and asset management.
Requirements
- Experience working with complex data and systems
- Ability to work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs & requirements and translate into both technical and non-technical terms
- Ability to analyze and maintain existing dashboards, tools, reports and databases
- Understanding of relational database and extract, transform and load information (e.g. using SQL queries)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Ability to apply programming knowledge across multiple domains to support process automation, product development, and technical problem solving
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex dataset, develop KPIs, analyze trends and perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex extract, transform and load (ETL) processes from multiple sources, ensuring scalability, efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Communicate and present data analytics insights to the team and clients, with an emphasis on implications for lifecycle decision-making about assets, business process improvement, and organizational strategy.
- Prepare visualizations and distillations of findings to incorporate into formal reports and documents.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
