The Business Intelligence and Healthcare Analytics team needs a Data Analyst to optimize marketing strategies, enhance member journeys, and improve product engagement across their digital health platform by driving insights from member behavior and marketing performance data.
Requirements
- Strong SQL proficiency - Ability to write clean, efficient queries for complex member behavior and marketing performance analysis
- Looker expertise - Hands-on experience building dashboards, explores, and LookML models focused on marketing and product metrics
- Marketing & product analytics experience - Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, member lifecycle analytics, and product engagement metrics
- Healthcare data expertise - Experience with healthcare claims data, understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI handling in digital health contexts
- Product analytics fundamentals including event tracking, feature adoption analysis, user segmentation, and retention modeling
- Experience analyzing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, paid media platforms) and member engagement tools
- Familiarity with GCP services and BigQuery for large-scale member data analysis
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance, member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, and engagement metrics across the member lifecycle
- Build and maintain marketing attribution models, funnel conversion analytics, cohort behavior tracking, and member segmentation frameworks
- Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards that enable marketing and product teams to monitor campaign performance, member engagement, and product feature adoption through self-service analytics
- Develop comprehensive documentation and insights that empower teams to make data-driven decisions on marketing spend, product roadmap, and member experience optimization
- Support analysis for marketing campaigns, A/B tests, product experiments, and member journey optimization initiatives
- Analyze product utilization patterns
Other
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or data analytics roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to present member insights and marketing performance to cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working with product managers, marketing teams, and technical teams to define metrics and tracking strategies
- Experience in the telehealth/digital health space is highly valued.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) as they relate to marketing and member data
