Develop, build, and transform corporate-wide analytics and BI projects that drive significant value across all functional areas of the FleetPride organization.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization
- Proficiency in business intelligence platforms, including Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with VBA for automation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
- Exposure to additional data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Power Query)
- Knowledge of R or Python for advanced analytics, as well as database design, coding standards, and data mining techniques
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and implement business intelligence and analytics solutions
- Build, maintain, and monitor critical KPIs and standard operational and financial metrics
- Introduce creative approaches to solving complex business challenges using the organization’s core analytics and BI toolset
- Collaborate closely with IT to align on technical standards, KPI and metric definitions, and the design and deployment of analytics-driven business solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Build, maintain, and monitor critical KPIs and standard operational and financial metrics
Other
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience required
- Strong ability to translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into key messages for a variety of audiences
