Tria Federal is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance administrative and operational support services for the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia, to promote safe and quality healthcare and operational readiness.

Responsibilities
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using SEMOSS, Tableau, Python, and Jupyter Notebook to support Navy Medicine’s readiness and performance analytics.
- Conduct data discovery and maturity assessments, aligning datasets with mission objectives and documenting gaps, access needs, and business rules.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, including cleaning, munging, and translating data into actionable insights for operational and clinical stakeholders.
- Resolve data issues within 2 business days, identifying root causes and collaborating with SMEs and developers to implement fixes.
- Support change management and configuration control, ensuring analytics tools and business rules are tested, validated, and properly maintained.
- Storyboard and prototype analytics solutions, engaging stakeholders to refine wireframes and iterate toward production-ready BI products.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, metadata dictionaries, and user guides to ensure long-term sustainability and knowledge transfer across teams.

- Level I (Entry/Junior) Less than 5 years’ experience.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and 0-5 Years of experience in the field or in a related area.
