The Strategy Analytics Team is a driver of innovative, data-driven strategic insights within Cardinal Health’s Global Medical Products and Distribution business. As part of the Strategy Team, we combine deep business understanding with advanced analytics to uncover insights that drive impactful decisions and support sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI
- Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python), relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Google Cloud), and emerging technologies like LLMs is a plus
- Proven ability to synthesize data from diverse, disconnected sources to uncover novel business insights
- Strong understanding of business systems and processes across marketing, customer research, and analytics
Responsibilities
- Apply deep analytical and technical expertise to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creativity and precision
- Develop and refine tools, dashboards, and processes that enable scalable insight generation
- Deliver insights and solutions that may set new precedents or influence future strategy
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Advanced degree is desired
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a natural curiosity to explore and learn continuously
- Exceptional communication skills— Strong grasp of visual design principles with ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences
