Cardinal Health's Strategy Analytics Team needs to drive strategic decision-making through innovative, data-driven insights to influence the company's global medical products and distribution strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI
- Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like large language models (LLMs) is a plus
- Strong understanding of business systems and processes across marketing, customer research, and analytics
- Proven capability to synthesize data from diverse sources to generate novel insights
Responsibilities
- Apply deep analytical and technical expertise to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creativity and precision
- Develop and refine tools, dashboards, and processes that enable scalable insight generation
- Deliver insights and solutions that may set new precedents or influence future strategic directions

- Leverage curiosity, creativity, and analytical skills to challenge assumptions and unlock new insights

- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
