Seeking a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence and Master Data Management to support global data and analytics initiatives by developing and maintaining BI dashboards, managing master data processes, and ensuring data quality and governance.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience managing and standardizing master data across complex systems.
- Proven experience analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and SQL.
- Manage and support master data processes within Azure Data Factory environments, ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance.
- Troubleshoot issues and prevent unintended system impacts through thorough analysis and careful execution.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and the development of scalable BI and MDM solutions.
- Ensure alignment of master data and analytics initiatives with enterprise data governance standards.
- Support data cleansing, validation, and standardization efforts to maintain high-quality datasets for reporting and analytics.
Other
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business units.
- High-energy, collaborative, and enthusiastic personality with the ability to work in a global environment.
- Spanish language skills and/or LATAM experience preferred.
- Must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Richardson, TX.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
