Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in mathematical computations and statistical analysis, enabling the candidate to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to leverage these tools for reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
- Proficient in Power BI for building dynamic dashboards and visual reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrates a growing interest in enterprise systems and programming, with foundational exposure to mainframe environments and SAS.
- Eager to build expertise in data extraction and analysis through hands-on experience.
- Possesses a basic understanding of accounting principles and is developing skills in writing and interpreting SQL queries to support accurate financial data retrieval.

Responsibilities
- Support in higher complexity data quality, data design and data processing.
- Under minimal supervision, manage data requests, research data issues, and provide research and assistance in data processing across various Insurance services department.
- Responsible for training others in system support and maintenance
- Ensuring up-to-date system processes and reporting are maintained in customer database.
- Understanding of information systems processes and data flows.
- Skilled in performing user acceptance testing to validate that technology solutions meet business requirements and support strategic objectives.
- Proficient in Power BI for building dynamic dashboards and visual reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Other
- A 4-year college or university degree in any discipline or a minimum of 5 years exempt experience in information services, programming, and data research.
- Previous exempt work experience must be progressively increasing in responsibility and accountability and demonstrate an ability to gain knowledge, skills, and responsibility such that a level of full competency can be reached.
- Identifying and developing business relationships with key customers, key influencers, dealers and senior leaders, and establishing self as an expert resource.
- Management of resources to meet efficiency targets and corporate goals and metrics.
- This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.
