HII's Mission Technologies division's Warfare Systems business group partners with the DoD and defense innovation ecosystem to rapidly acquire and field critical and emerging technologies, particularly integrated communications, networking, and Systems-of-Systems (SoS) technologies, to enhance national security and warfighter capabilities. The Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) initiative focuses on advancing these technologies to achieve multi-domain battlespace integration and resilient command and control.
Requirements
- Uses tools such as JIRA, HP, ALM, and Excel.
- Performs duties within laboratory or cloud based environment.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition and contracting processes
- Working familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., DFARS, ITAR)
- PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducts data analysis (e.g., descriptive analytics, diagnostic analytics, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics), modeling, reporting, visualization, statistics, analytics, and data mining to support various project functions under the direction of the Data Scientist and Engineering Lead.
- Prepares comprehensive MSRs, using personnel and operational data trends to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- This includes analysis of PMP metrics related to the integrated master schedule and other data in the ISTS.
- Supports analysis of performance metrics and monitoring of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Supports the maintenance of the technical data library and designing data systems for logistics, analyze equipment transactions, and create analytical reports on inventory management.
- Gathers requirements and documents user stories, cases, process flow diagrams, cross functional diagrams, value stream maps with task team.
- Uses tools such as JIRA, HP, ALM, and Excel.
