The Data Analyst – Consumer and Shopper Insights will own the development and communication of insights from shopper behavior, consumer trends, and survey research. You’ll translate data from multiple platforms into actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy, product development, marketing campaigns, and retail activation.

- Maintain dashboards or visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from platforms like Numerator, Mintel, and survey tools to uncover trends in shopper attitudes, motivations, and behaviors.
- Collaborate with marketing and innovation teams to provide actionable insights on target consumer segments, usage occasions, and emerging trends.
- Identify and communicate key behavioral differences across retailers and shopper cohorts (e.g., Walmart vs. Ulta shoppers), highlighting implications for brand positioning and retail Go To Market strategy
- Execute and analyze custom surveys using Numerator and other panel tools, ensuring robust design and actionable outcomes
- Assist with research brief, screener development, questionnaire design, and translating results into clear takeaways.
- Mine syndicated sources (e.g., Mintel, Nielsen, Circana) for supplemental context and trend validation.
- Maintain dashboards or visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for ongoing access to consumer and shopper metrics.

- This is not a remote or hybrid role. Please note that the person in this role will be required to work in-office at our Fort Worth, TX (Alliance) location 5-days per week.
