Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- 5-7 years of experience with Workday HRIS
- 5-7 years of experience with ADP Time & Attendance (ezLabor)
- 5-7 years of progressive payroll experience in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience processing high-volume payroll for large employee populations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly US payroll for approximately 2,200 employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Process monthly international payroll for approximately 800 employees using EY Payroll Operate
- Manage and process timesheets for approximately 120 employees
- Prepare and manage integration files from Workday to ADP, including batch uploads
- Audit leave of absence calculations for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
- Reconcile and audit data between Workday HRIS and ADP WFN/EY systems to ensure data integrity
- Audit 401(k) contributions and deductions to ensure compliance and accuracy
