Workhuman is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join their Business Analytics team to drive strategy and decision-making through data, by conducting analyses and building dashboards to create insights that direct strategy to maximize customer performance and uncover revenue generation and customer engagement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing big datasets via a combination of writing SQL and building dashboards using data visualization tools
- Experience building production-grade data models.
- Experience with dbt is a plus
- Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies, including cloud data warehouses and visualization platforms
- Built data models that enhanced reporting accuracy and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses and build dashboards to create insights that direct our strategy to maximize customer performance.
- Dive deep into the weeds of our data infrastructure, build production-grade data models and self-serve dashboards.
- Conduct robust analyses to drive impactful actions.
- Partner across the Customer, Finance, and Go-To-Market operations organizations, as well as internally with the Business Analytics team and our partner Data Platform technology team.
- Full ownership over maintaining, expanding, and improving our end-to-end infrastructure of data models and dashboards
- Conducted analysis and framed up recommendations to stakeholders that were then actioned with measurable impact
- Delivered dashboards that promoted stakeholder alignment and transformed data into actionable insights

- This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office
