TBC Corporation is seeking to manage and enhance its Qualtrics platform, support its use across the organization, and deliver actionable insights from survey and operational data to drive business objectives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or a comparable experience management platform.
- Proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable insights.
- Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Qualtrics platform, including user access, survey libraries, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement new features and capabilities to support evolving organizational needs.
- Ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze survey and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, survey management, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable insights.
