Requirements
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Python, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with data analysis, visualizations and reporting
- Ability to work with various data sources
- Experience with data mining and analysis
- Familiarity with data storytelling and presentation
Responsibilities
- Curate and present data-driven actionable insights for internal stakeholders and eCommerce businesses
- Leverage Looker, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and other data sources to provide actionable insights using data analysis, visualizations and reporting
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and anomalies, and translate those findings into actionable insights, recommendations and areas of opportunity
- Build various vehicles and tools to support the democratization of the data analysis across various internal functions
- Produce performance KPI reporting that supports the ability to streamline data, make reporting more efficient, and helps to derive insights faster
- Perform deep dive analysis to uncover improvements that drive improvements in performance and increase revenue generation
- Communicate results of reporting and analysis through clear and concise story-telling including the curation of compelling data content and visualizations

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently
- Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights to internal collaborators and external clients
