The University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Data Analyst D to perform data analysis and assist with the design of complex data models based upon business or research requirements. This role will identify and resolve required information flows and content issues, and transform requirements into data designs and models. The analyst will also provide data analysis expertise, develop data standards, policies, and procedures, and potentially manage projects and supervise IT staff.

- Clean and manipulate raw data using statistical software
- Compare models using statistical performance metrics, such as loss functions or proportion of explained variance
- Responsible for data integrity and monthly data reports, metrics, and analysis
