Gray Media is seeking to manage, connect, and transform sales and digital campaign data to unlock smarter decisions, more effective campaigns, and measurable results.
Requirements
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Domo).
- Experience with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and AWS
- Experience working with media platform data and API connections (DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
Responsibilities
- Data Connections & Pipelines – Establish and maintain integrations between first- and third-party data sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Data Quality & Strategy – Implement strategies, processes, and monitoring tools to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Data Transformation & Preparation – Develop and maintain pipelines that clean, structure, and prepare data for analysis and visualization.
- Visualization & Reporting – Support dashboards and reports that turn complex data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and proactively recommend solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer technology, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.
- Proven ability to establish data processes and uphold data quality standards.
