Extract and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, empowering MDO Leadership with meaningful, actionable information to address operational gaps and bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a data-focused role OR demonstrable expertise in analyzing large datasets and leveraging ERP systems like S4/HANA.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data models, Power Query, etc.).
- Experience working with S4/HANA or similar ERP/reporting systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze operational data from S4/HANA and other systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Build reports and dashboards to communicate data findings and empower MDO Leadership with meaningful, actionable information.
- Identify gaps or bottlenecks in operations using data-driven insights, highlighting areas needing attention.
- Provide analytics support for operational efficiency projects, process improvements, and performance metrics tracking.
- Proactively research and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential risks or opportunities.

- One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline).
- Must be a US Citizen with active US Government Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
