ChildFamily Service (CFS) needs to collect, organize, and interpret data to inform decision-making processes and enhance overall program performance, specifically to support domestic abuse programs by gathering and analyzing data that illustrates the positive impact of support services on families.
Requirements
- Ability to perform calculations and basis statistics.
- Knowledge of databases and database administration to manage quality statistics and performance.
- Extensive background in Word, Excel and MS Access.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the collection, organization, and interpretation of data, which serves to inform decision-making processes and enhance overall program performance.
- Gathering and analyzing data that illustrates the positive impact of support services on families, examining this data to showcase the various ways families succeed after participating in these essential programs, ultimately driving improvements and ensuring that the services provided are as effective as possible.
- Collaborate closely with program staff, case managers, and leadership to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Collecting, compiling, tabulating, and preparing various reports related to the program, ensuring that all grant reporting requirements are met accurately and within the specified deadlines.
- Utilize statistical tools to assist the CPO in the analysis of data and reports.
- Handling a significant amount of confidential information.
